Nutty Affair does not accept cancellations of any order whatsoever and customers are expected to take into account their own availability, needs, necessities and capabilities at the time of placing the order. Refer to our shipping policy for standard delivery time, however, the same is based on standard estimates and actual delivery time may differ based on customer's location or during festive seasons like Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc. No cancellation will be entertained for delayed deliveries.

Refund Policy:

No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given if incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer, Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises, Refusal to accept products, delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself, Force majeure event, in case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer, etc.

You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.
Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases, and refund will be in the form of store credit:
i) If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 25 days, if Nutty Affair fails to ship the ordered products.
ii) If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
The refund amount is calculated by deducting 20% (shipping and internet payment charges) from your original payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. The refunds will be issued to the same payment method which was used at the time of purchase.

However, the burden of proof lies on the customer and Nutty Affair shall bear no responsibility on part of the customer failing to/refusing to provide verifiable proof such as photos/videos/invoices, etc. to that effect.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you don't receive refund against even after lapse of the refund period of 60 days, request you to kindly check with your credit card issuer or bank for the status. If you are not able to track the refund from them, please contact us at


Nutty Affair will accept exchange purchased through the website, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
- Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. All the refunds would be in the form of store credit only.
- Buyer has to inform Nutty Affair of his/her intention to exchange the damaged/expired products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address. For damaged/expired products, images of the product along with batch number must be emailed to Nutty Affair on

Shipping and delivery policy

We deliver our boxes through a number of national shipping & courier partners, the average time taken to ship a placed order is 3 business days. You should receive your order within 3 to 4 business days of Shipping the order depending upon the Pin Code.
Deliveries will be done by our riders or our courier partner. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email/SMS from Nutty Affair along with the tracking details of your order.
Please note, on account of unforeseen circumstances such as riots, floods, natural disasters, epidemics, etc. shipping and delivery timelines shall be impacted. We shall try our best to carry out normal operations to the best of our abilities but Nutty Affair does not bear any responsibilities for delays during such times. Updated timelines and estimated dates shall be provided to the customers as and when the management determines so.
